With no time for a roadshow and the importance of the message, it was vital that the CEO deliver it personally.

With just a two-week lead time, we were excited to step in and ensure the message reached every employee in real-time with the impact and urgency it deserved.

We set up a green screen studio for their executives and used Unreal Engine to create a dynamic virtual environment.
Simultaneously, we installed LED screens at remote sites throughout South Africa, enabling employees to gather and join for the announcement. We managed sound distribution meticulously, ensuring clear delivery of the CEO’s message in real-time.
Despite the tight two-week timeline, our proactive project management ensured flawless execution. The event surpassed expectations, demonstrating our ability to innovate under pressure and solidifying our partnership with Bidvest Bank.
I started JAW in 2010 as my main ‘before I’m 30’ goal.
