This is JAW Design:
A different kind
of marketing agency

We believe that a relaxed and joyful marketing agency atmosphere nurtures creativity and leads to exceptional outcomes.

Slippers and a sense of humour are a must

Our marketing agency is a group of talented and powerful professionals. We approach each project with enthusiasm, dedication, and a genuine passion for making a difference.

Since our inception, we have embraced a remote structure (long before it became cool – lol), bringing together talents and skills from freelancers throughout the globe. Our core team is based in South Africa and Australia, but we upscale our resources according to the unique needs of each project, creating a stronger collective marketing agency that is tailored to deliver exceptional results.

Through this structure, we have not only built a strong, agile and cost effective creative agency, but also provided freelancers with opportunities to build their income and resumes through a continued supply of JAW work. We operate under a “Share the Load. Share the Love” attitude, where the more projects we undertake, the more we can give to all who contribute to the workload.
Collaboration and mutual support are at the heart of our operations.

A marketing agency that understands
that design is more than just aesthetics;
it is a powerful tool for change.

By leveraging our expertise in marketing and design, we help brands create meaningful connections with their target audiences, drive growth, and make a lasting impact. From strategic planning to branding, advertising, digital solutions, events, and production, we offer comprehensive services that cater to the diverse needs of our clients.

Internship

We are inundated with internship requests and CV submissions weekly. Our team takes the time to read each and every one to:

  • bullet01
Provide constructive feedback to aid their cause and
  • bullet02
Drive consideration for a possible placement through our networks. It truly makes us happy to pay-it-forward by investing in the next generation of creatives.
  • bullet03
We bring on interns and give them actual projects to work on to help them with an accurate view of the industry and assist them in building their experience and portfolio.

Mentorship

Our owner, Jeni-Anne, provides mentorship for young female designers and business owners. When they meet, it’s always a hub-bub of conversation as they discuss and unpack the challenges they face in the industry, and then explore possible solutions to these challenges. Armed with extensive experience and expertise in the field, Jeni-Anne is able to offer her hard-won industry insights to help these up-and-coming women on their path to success.

Where creativity
meets purpose

I started JAW in 2010 as my main ‘before I’m 30’ goal. The vision was to create a design agency that wasn’t ‘cool.’ Where you don’t wear sunglasses indoors, hobnob with pretentious crowds or only take on CSI projects to win awards instead of actually making a difference! A place where slippers and a sense of humour are a must, happy hearts fill the space, and design is seen as a tool for change.
