Since our inception, we have embraced a remote structure (long before it became cool – lol), bringing together talents and skills from freelancers throughout the globe. Our core team is based in South Africa and Australia, but we upscale our resources according to the unique needs of each project, creating a stronger collective marketing agency that is tailored to deliver exceptional results.

Through this structure, we have not only built a strong, agile and cost effective marketing agency, but also provided freelancers with opportunities to build their income and CV’s through a continued supply of JAW work. We operate under a “Share the Load. Share the Love” attitude, where the more projects we undertake, the more we can give to all who contribute to the workload.

  • We bring on interns and give them actual projects to work on to help them with an accurate view of the industry and assist them in building their experience and portfolio.

Our owner, Jeni-Anne, provides mentorship for young female designers and business owners. When they meet, it’s always a hub-bub of conversation as they discuss and unpack the challenges they face in the industry, and then explore possible solutions to these challenges. Armed with extensive experience and expertise in the field, Jeni-Anne is able to offer her hard-won industry insights to help these up-and-coming women on their path to success.
